Estate Planning Attorney in Carlsbad
I was looking for an estate planning attorney in Carlsbad to look over my old trust after I had my second child. I had a free consultation with Matt and he went through and explained what was in my current trust and made some recommendations about things that could be updated. He was not pushy at all and clearly laid out all of the options for my wife and I to decide upon. Once we got our decisions back to him he was able to update our estate plan within a few days and we finalized the process. The whole thing was a lot easier than I anticipated and I am so happy I got my trust updated!
Owen and his whole team are great. They made the process of putting together a Trust & Will extremally easy for us. They added our San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad properties to Trust for us, and even handled majority of the meetings over zoom.
